Alaska Apartments are a luxury new development along the edge of Royal Victoria Dock and are within an easy 5 minute walk to the ExCel Exhibition Centre. The apartment accommodation at No 42 consists of 3 double bedrooms that can be arranged as 2 twins and 1 double or 2 doubles and 1 twin and there are 2 bathrooms. The well equipped open plan kitchen that includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer, halogen hob, oven and microwave, has an island bar unit that seperates the kitchen from the lounge dining area.
Floor to ceiling windows on two aspects of the lounge maximize the fantastic uninterrupted views over Canary Wharf, the O2 Arena and Royal Victoria Dock.
A fully equipped Gymnasium on the ground floor is available for all guests at no extra charge. A reserved secure parking space in the underground car park can take large 4x4s and Transit sized vans.
The apartment has the benefit of a 24 hour concierge reception where keys can be collected, situated at the front of the building in Western Gateway.

Public Directions
The apartments are 1 minute walk from Royal Victoria station on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Exit the station over the footbridge and cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. Continue walking and the path will take you between two residential apartment blocks to a road alongside Royal Victoria Dock. You are now in Western Gateway. Turn right and walk 50 metres and you will find the reception and concierge on the right, a glass fronted building with Adriatic and Alaska Apartments over the door.
From Central London take the Jubilee line to Canning Town, take the stairs up to platform 1, which is on the left, for the Docklands Light Railway. Board the train towards Beckton and exit at the next station: Royal Victoria, then follow instructions as above.
Nearest Tube/DLR Station: Royal Victoria DLR.
Tube/DLR Route to ExCel: Jubilee Line to Canning Town, change to DLR, board train towards Beckton. First stop Royal Victoria for Alaska Apartments. Second stop Custom House for ExCel.
Approximate journey time to ExCel from Central London: 30 minutes.
Road Directions
From the M25 East, take the exit for the A13 at Junction 30. Follow the signs to Central London. After approximately 10 miles, leave the A13 at the Canning Town roundabout. On the roundabout take the first exit on the left, following the signs to ExCel West. On top of the flyover take the first left onto the ExCel Campus and the Adriatic and Alaska reception will be on the left hand side.
From the M25 North take exit 27, M11 and follow signs to London Docklands, the road changes into the A406. Follow Docklands and ExCel signs , leave the A13 at the Canning Town roundabout and follow directions as above.
