- Q: How do I search for my ideal hotel?
A: There are a number of search criteria which you can use on the accommodation homepage to locate the best hotel for your purposes. For example, if you use the drop-down options under Proximity, you can see how close the hotel is to ExCeL London, or another London landmark. You can also search by type of accommodation, hotel grading, price and by name.
- Q: How do I see more details on any hotel returned from a search?
A: Click on the hotel name (in blue) and a fact sheet will appear, with directions, location map and a full description of the property.
- Q: How do I make amendments to my hotel booking?

- Q: Is VAT included in the rates shown?
A: Yes, all shown rates include VAT, but please check whether or not the rate includes breakfast at the time of booking.
